These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit readytogetherkit.com or purchase from Ready Together. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and information
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, packaging and individual components may appear slightly different depending on your screen, supplier updates or product availability. Any permitted substitution will be reasonably comparable in purpose and quality.
The Ready Together kit is a collection of comfort and personal-care products. It is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice, treatment or hospital guidance. Follow all instructions and warnings supplied with each item, and ask a qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure whether an item is appropriate for you.
Prices, taxes and charges
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed before you complete checkout.
Orders delivered outside Canada may be subject to duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. When applicable, those charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Orders and acceptance
Please review your items, contact information, delivery address and totals before submitting an order. The checkout screen provides an opportunity to correct errors before payment.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, the order appears fraudulent, the delivery information is incomplete, or a material pricing or listing error occurred. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that the information provided is accurate.
Shipping, delivery and returns
Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, returns and refund eligibility are explained in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery or reshipping costs may apply. Contact us promptly if you discover an address error.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and information. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
The Ready Together name, logo, photography, written content and site design are owned by or licensed to Ready Together and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, Ready Together is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Mandatory consumer rights available where you live continue to apply.
