Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are shown at checkout, and all orders include tracking.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods or remote destinations. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@readytogetherkit.com.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the Ready Together kit must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Because the kit contains personal-care and hygiene products, opened or used kits cannot be returned.
To request a return, email contact@readytogetherkit.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, contains a missing item or is incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
